Awesome camera; customer support is slow – 4/9/22 I am going to update this review to 4 stars because the customer service dept finally got back to me 30 days after my initial email to them. They are saying they will send me a new camera to try and emphasized to ensure that it is connected to the 2.4ghz network. I did some more research on 2.4ghz with the my Netgear Nighthawk MR60 wifi system and found a published solution (even though the Nighthawk advertises that it automatically connects devices based upon their requirements: 2.4ghz or 5ghz). So I will provide another update after I receive and install the new replacement camera. Stay tuned.
