– They can see a lot further than the stated maximum distance if there is extra IR lighting available, it may not be easy to recognise people but it’s possible to see what they are doing. These cameras are very reliable, I have not had a failure since installing them about 5 years ago

And as you will read, their customer support is top notch which is one of the reasons I am now reviewing the unit… one of the camera I thought had failed but as their support was able to help with, in fact it did not and they easily helped get it back working again. The other cameras have 12 LED’s this has 24 so I was expecting it to be better than the others, but it’s noticeably the worst. I wanted it for night use mainly so I can keep an eye on my dogs when I let them out at night. I’m going to return it for a refund. Not recommended.

So far so good – I bought this system to replace an aging battery operated wireless system. I spent lots of money replacing batteries and climbing high ladders. It was time for a change. I wanted a system that did more than just barely record 20 second videos of motion. Zosi is a well known trusted brand and the price was affordable. I recently just installed the system and literally finished putting up the last 2 cameras this evening. So far everything is working perfectly. All cameras connected fast and with zero issues. My only complaint is that you need a monitor to set up the system. I had to order one and, as of this writing, it’s still on its way. I ended up hooking the system up to my tv and using that for the setup process. My modem is not located near my tv so I am also waiting for a wireless adapter so that I can set up the app on my phone. Once that’s done I can provide a better review. But so far I love it.
