RESPECTS YOUR PRIVACY! – That was the single most important factor that led me to select the WUUK video doorbell: IT RESPECTS MY PRIVACY. It does not phone home, it does not use cloud storage, it does not share my doorbell footage with anyone else without telling me. (Oh, hello, RING, how’s it going? Spy on your users much lately? How’s that GDPR lawsuit going?) All video footage from doorbells and cameras is stored locally on the base station.

Great home security product, great value – I looked at many options for a video doorbell, including more prominent brands. Many require contracts because the doorbell is packaged with other products/services. WUUK stood out because I could purchase exactly what I wanted, nothing more and nothing less. It’s very competitive price wise, and it does everything I need. Combined with the base station, it retains images from the camera without requiring cloud storage. The quality/resolution of the real time images that I can view from my phone and the quality of the “snapshots” is great, both daytime and nighttime. The app is very intuitive, including ability to easily adjust notifications to meet individual needs. The doorbell can be hardwired or it can be set up as a wireless device. Installation options include use of adhesive strips or using screws and a mounting plate. Installation and activation was easy and quick. I love the product and already purchased one of WUUK indoor cameras, and expect to purchase more. If you want a home security product with a contract for monitoring and notification to law enforcement, WUUK is not your product. But, if you want a video doorbell with the ability to control what/how you get notifications that works really well and is very simple and efficient to use, WUUK is a great option.

Great product. – I have their wireless camera set and love them! When my doorbell from another vendor kept giving me problems I decided to go with the Wuuk. I could not believe how easy it was to set this up on their existing system. Prior to purchasing this item I contacted their customer service reps and they answered ALL of my questions in the same day. They are very customer friendly and will even check back with you to make sure all of your questions are answered. Before I actually activated this item I just automatically charged it up. It did come with a slight charge but out of habit I always start items with full charges. I think that if there is no charge tgen it will take 5 hrs. The other thing that I like is that with their cameras you will be able to see what percentage of charge you have on your main screen. I have lighting in the area that I am using it but before it comes on I can still get a good picture. Installation is quick and easy. I used the 3m tape way on my back door. You can also use the inclosed screws. This doorbell like their cameras has a feature that will set off an alarm if someone tries to remove it (you have to activate it in the settings). I am still learning about their systems and if I have any questions I will just send them an email.
