      Great product and customer service – I had a little difficulty connecting this device, but customer service was great and helped me right away. The picture is clear and the alarm works great. SD card playbacks are smooth. No complaints. Would recommend.

      Difficult to Setup/WASTE of Money – Had produced for months tried to set very difficult it wouldn’t pair with me phone. I called the company for help, they maybe you have an old phone, nope. I had the Galaxy Ultra 22. They was no help. Its basically for me a waste of money.

      Have yet to get it to work! – It keeps saying off line , have yet to get help as they advertised in ad. AHHHH!!!!! Terrible customer service. No HELP at All . They claim they will help after purchase ,But No help.DO NOT BUY !!!!

      DIFFICULT TO SET UP – Unit installed very easily into existing smoke detector placement. Instructions for setting up this camera were a little confusing. It comes with a small instruction card and then another larger set of instructions..USE THE LARGER SHEET! Could not get the camera to stay online so after 2 hours finally called tech support. Apparently if you have any special characters in your wifi password, this unit will not accept that wifi. I had to actually change my main wifi password to get this unit set up. Other than that, seems to work well.
