Garbage – Garbage. Doesn’t work consistently at all! Further, the plugs don’t fit anything well so it can’t even be used as a plug in area any better than the garbage camera. Too late to return so both sets going in the trash

quality – Device world perfectly! Followed directions as indicated and connected to our network flawlessly. App has 2 ways to record. Either full time with 10 min videos or upon detection. You can even modify your detection area and sensitivity. It would be nice if there was a time frame you could turn it off and on by. Basically only record during this time. Regardless, this item does exactly what we ordered it for. Best part is there is no contract to see your videos. You only need a wireless connection where the camera is located to view it from anywhere with your smartphone. Word of advice, turn off notifications if you set it to detection mode. It still records video and you will not get a notification every few seconds while activity is taking place. It is a small bell shape on the MyDevice screen to the right of the camera name.

Superior cameras, unmatched customer service! – 1st of all let me just say that I beat the s*** of this camera. While I’m Definitely not recommending that you do what I did, I will say at this camera took every punch and never stopped working. But that’s not even the best part of this buying experience. Unrivaled and unmatched customer service. When I had a technical issue (of my own doing) I simply texted a message to the help number and right away the guy who actually builds the cameras is on the other end!! After texting back and forth with him you could tell this guy was looking to find a way to help you. At one point I was talking to him about another camera that he didn’t even manufacture and he still took the time to try to help me. If we keep paying companies to sell us crap with no customer service than that’s all we’re going get. Support a good business and a good guy. His cameras are far superior, His prices are extremely fair and competitive, And there’s no better customer service than talking to the guy who actually made the product.

It’s a good product. – Overall the product is good. I thought it’s a bit pricey though. I’ve used other products that were less costly and they do the same thing. Night vision is terrible, motion detection is excellent and picture quality is decent. One issue I noticed is, every now and again, the time stamp shifts four hours without warning. Connectivity to the camera is lost when I leave the office. – Connectivity to the camera is lost when I leave the office. We followed the steps in the manual and the problem was not resolved. I received it without manual instructions. I searched online and still did not remedy the problem. I couldn’t check my office from my house or from the street
