Great Value – So I was looking for a replacement for my pc setup and was having a hard time trying to find something that was good and had a little bass but at a value price. I went through 4 different mics and nothing until I came across this one. Now my friends on discord can hear me properly and say it comes out nice and clear.

Windshield shown with this VideoMic is incorrect. – This is not a review about the Rode VideoMic Go II. This is about the windshield that Amazon is selling with it. DO NOT BUY IT, it doesn’t work with the VideoMic. The one that you need to purchase is the RØDE Windshield (WS12). By the way, I am happy with the Rode VideoMic Go II, it works very well, I recommend it.

Impressive Microphone , Lacking Documentation and USB C Cord – This microphone is a must for anyone using a smartphone. Truly night and day difference between using the cameras built in microphone and this Rode Videomic Go II. My only complaints on this one are that they don’t include a USB-C cable. In addition, setup instructions are limited.
