Cameras are OK, software driving them and storing footage needs improvement – I have 4 of these mounted on the gutters of my current home, and while the sight of them helps somewhat with criminal deterrence, I’ve been disappointed in their ability to record criminal activity. I bought these because for the previous year, a predator was coming on the property mostly in the middle of the night. However the cameras don’t seem to record anything unless it’s something obvious front and center, meaning that I’d need one of these cameras every 10-15 feet to catch everything. In other words, just because the camera can see it doesn’t mean that motion in that area will trip the camera’s motion sensors. And yes, I’ve adjusted the settings to include the whole picture.
