Not backward compatible with old NVR (B01,B02) – The camera is great. It is much clearer than the old version (410) it replaces (510). A word of caveat however. This is not backward compatible with the old NVR Hardware Version (B02), It does work with higher version. Reolink did not provide firmware updates for their old NVR. If your stuck with old NVR your best bet for recording 24/7 is the 256g sd card (bought separately).

Very Good – A little quirky to set up in Blue Iris, but once you do one; the rest are easy. The download software is awesome, and has some great tutorial movies – even about Blue Iris; unfortunately, there are a few tricks you have to do to REALLY get them to work in BI. Worth the trial & error.

Great picture and easy setup – Encased in a sturdy metal shell the cameras were a great upgrade from my old wireless 720p’s. Decided to run an ethernet cord to these as I could never get my old wifi ones to stay connected. Reolink makes setup easy with a scannable Qcode included in the box, I had these cameras up and running in 10min (that’s not including running the cable). Picture quality is crisp, viewing angle wide and they have multiple settings to adjust if the picture is not to your liking (I had to adjust the sharpness down and it dialed it right in), The black and white color switching is a cool feature but it requires a set and see approach to find the right setting. I have these at the front of my house so night vision is aided by a street lamp which makes the color mode pop. In live view with the frame rate at it’s highest setting I viewed cars zipping by without skipping, the recording matched what I was viewing. I played around with the people and car identify function but since these are set to record 24/7 I did not turn those features on. Overall I am 110% satisfied with these cameras and plan on going with Reolink when I add cameras to my backyard.

Works perfectly. – This camera is exactly what I wanted and it works better that I thought. The customer service from reolink is even better. I had a very minor issue with the Ethernet port on the camera which was totally my fault because I didn’t weatherproof the connection but they still offered to replace the camera free of charge outside of the warranty period.
