Reliable camera with support – I’ve actually got 2 of these as a starter. I can’t say one bad thing about them honestly. Clear picture and very reliable. I had a issue with getting one of then connected so used their live support chat and they solved my issues fast and easy. I’d recommend these to anyone. Now I’m going to see what all other kind of items they have.

This camera’s wireless effective range is less than 25 feet – UPDATE: After almost 2 years of use the camera is still working but recently I had new problem and found a solution. The problem was that the camera lost it’s connection to the netvue server and went offline and bricked itself. This has happened a few times before and the solution WAS pretty easy, just add it back like it’s a new camera. But the camera is 2.4Ghz only and all modern phones and routers are 5Ghz, and the camera requires a 2.4Ghz phone to program it. 5Ghz devices are backwards-compatible with 2.4 but most phones don’t have a “only connect at 2.4Ghz” option (neither my iPhone or android phone does). Possible solutions:

The moment someone takes a step on my porch , it sends a notification …and yes you can use the microphone feature within the app to speak with unwanted guest.Picture quality during the day is HD clear and night vision is pretty good for the price.
