Great Customer Service – The only thing I’d change about this camera is it’s ability to be adjusted during installation. The way it is made, the camera is not able to be raised as high as other cameras we use. Our customer wanted us to readjust previously installed cameras and add another one, and this is the problem we encountered. We removed the bracket from inside and replaced it with styrofoam to allow it to move more freely for the coverage we were trying to get. Other than that, great experience.

Need mounting high up – If you’re using these on the soffit of a single floor building you’ll probably find that the cable fitting into the back of the camera ball won’t allow you to tilt them up enough for a decent picture. At higher levels you’ll be fine. I cured my issues by putting a piece of plastic at the back edge of the mounting ring, and I’m planning to put waterproof caulk round the ring anyway.
