Crystal clear night vision – The night vision is so clear! Upgraded from amcrest system. It was terrible. This is so much better. App works quickly. Havent found any issues yet except if you get a fuzzy picture make sure any excess cord isnt coiled up. Happened to me. Uncoiled it and the picture cleared up. Worth the buy.

Loud fan, don’t place DVR in a place you want quiet – Much faster than my old nightowl system. If it wasn’t for the loud fan I’d give it 4 stars. I have it set up in a bedroom and it is obnoxiously loud and complaints about the fan are on forums and over 30k views on YouTube how to remedy it. I recommend getting a NOCTUA 40mm quiet fan if you can take the case off and replace it yourself. The screws won’t line up so I ended up using double sided tape to install it. Also cut out the rear grill outside the fan to get rid of the excess air turbulence also contributing to the noise. If you plan on keeping it in an area where noise pollution doesn’t matter then I’d recommend this unit.
