Decent value for the price, but motion detection sucks – Good value, but the motion detection is abysmal. Even with the motion detection on low sensitivity and human detection, it alerts and sends notifications when there is nobody present. On high sensitivity with human detection off, it doesn’t detect our large dog when she goes outside. The reason we installed cameras is because a predator has been killing our chickens. We were gone for a couple of hours yesterday and came home to find three dead chickens in an area covered by two cameras. Neither picked up any movement, and both cameras were set to medium sensitivity with human filtering off.

Great camera and easy to use – The camera works great and is easy to set up and use. The color night camera has a nice clear picture. I have it installed about 10’ off the ground and it easily covers my driveway and can see faces clearly. The only downside is that the motion alarm trips frequently when it rains.

Great camera with no old time wifi picture snow or distortion. Hard to believe! – My only complaint is it sometimes moves full circuit when I just bump the control, other times no movement at all. But it could be wifi to the garage. So Ill live with it.

Excellent security camera!! – I have camping property that is 50 miles from home. This camera tracks anyone who walk around several sheds and travel trailers there and I get an alert that someone is walking around. It gets recorded on a mini SD card and on LaView Cloud system for a minimal yearly fee.

Good security camera with clear and sharp picture – We purchased this to add security to our home and break in deterrence. The installation was quite straight forward which is nice. My husband actually thought it would be better if he could’ve hardwired it, but it was fine using the USB set up to connect to the charger that plugs into the outlet. We did have to buy a longer USB cord than we had already in order to have enough length to get from the outside to the nearest outlet inside.
