This camera is GREAT! All the Bells and Whistles at a Fraction of the Cost of a Big Box Store! – Seriously! This camera is a perfect option for the novice to expert. Just as advertised, arrives very quickly and performs and exceeds all of my expectations! I rolled the dice, thinking the price was too good to be true, well I’m sure glad I did. I’m using it to film an online school, so I need two cameras, one for front view and one for close up. They work in tandem perfectly, with the remote controls, which makes things super convenient. The aux microphones offer exceptional quality sound and also work just as they should.

A decent product for those just looking for a fun and easy camera. – Overall, I think that this is a quality video camera. My main dislike is the battery life. I like documenting my hikes and critter collecting adventures and it rocks having a chest and head mount to attach it to, but it sucks when I have a snake in hand, or close to it, the battery dies and I can’t change it out in the middle of an action shot. The other drawback is not having a built-in flash on this on this model. I bought an external LED video light that works very well when on a tripod, but it can be bulky on adventures. On that note, another caveat emptor is that the top mount assembly is weak and can’t handle too much weight. I’m not a professional photographer, so it’s what I expected. You get what you pay for. If you just want a fun and easy camera to play with, go for it.

Great video, mediocre sound quality – The video quality is great, I would say comparable to my iPhone 12 and Google Pixel 6. However, I’ve not yet figured out how to get high quality audio, orvsn good audio. It is very quiet compared to taking video on my phone. The viewing screen is nice.

Faulty SD Card – Excellent Customer Service and Remedy! – I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service and care I received when a problem was identified with my brand new 4K KOMERY video camera. The camera was not functioning when set at the 4K level. Recordings would stop suddenly, and I’d get an error message, saying the new 32G SD Card (that came with the new camera) was “running slow.” Once I informed the seller right away, the sales representative, Alicia, was very responsive and viewed my product experience as a priority. Her shared concern led to us working together to identify the source of the problem while offering me customer-friendly solutions and fair remedies that included receiving a new replacement 32G SD card and then a new replacement video camera (same model) along with a customer discount! Alicia’s ongoing responsiveness to my email communications and captured videos of the problem also led to her and her team’s discovery of how it was the SD card (vs. the video camera itself) that was the problem, and I was so glad to hear that they made the decision to replace all SD cards that they offer with this product so that future customers don’t have to experience the same issue.

This is an awesome video camera and the customer service from Alisa exceeded my expectations!!! – This is a fantastic video camera and I think for the price it is a fantastic buy!!! I purchased this video recorder so that I could record some classes and use as study material when I needed it. It has worked exactly as I had hoped it would and because of this awesome little camera I have been able to achieve my goals and am excelling in my classes. It is also a super cool looking camera, very light weight and once I am done with my classes I will continue to use it for family videos and pictures that can be taken off the video camera as well. It was packaged perfectly and arrived sooner than I had expected.
