glass on lens is very soft and easy to scratch on lens that stick way out poor quality – The camera is pretty cool for what it is and like that it removes the poll from videos without extra work but the lens are so brittle you will need to buy lens protectors or a case for it right away

The greatest camera ever – I just recently got the Insta 360 X3 and I’m really happy with it. I was able to use it while traveling through Australia, Philippines and Japan. Also I use it regularly in my adventures living in Hawaii. The video quality is really nice, especially compared to other models I’ve used before. The resolution is pretty remarkable as well, making it great for capturing detailed panoramic shots. One of my favorite features of the Insta 360 X3 is its stabilization technology. It’s really helpful for making my shots look smooth and professional. The app that comes with it is also really great, allowing me to quickly and easily edit the videos on my phone. All in all, I’m really satisfied with my purchase and I think the Insta 360 X3 is a great choice for anyone looking for a 360-degree camera. I definitely recommend getting the lens cover and protection.

Major improvement over the first two insta360s. Both in Video quality & navigation – I have to say, that While I haven’t had an X2, I stopped using my X1 as I like the GoPro 360 MAX much better, even without the magic floating camera, or erase the stick feature, the GoPro, and its software were just more intuitive and I liked how my video came out more. When I got this and tested it out a few days ago, then went to use the newer 2022 insta360 studio software…. Just wow, major improvements on all fronts. The old software was just terrible, Now I’m not going to say the new one is fantastic, It’s still a bit cluncky when running, and it’s still missing some basic features that should be no brainers when it comes to any sort of video editing software, but for most serious editors, I’m sure they will just use the functionality of it being able to be an extension in Premiere Pro, so that doesn’t make much difference. But for those who just want to be able to edit some footage for fun, and don’t necessarily want to learn some more complicated and expensive software, this is miles better than it used to be. I’d say it’s acceptable now, as before that was the main issue for me. But just the overall quality and stability of the videos this produces in both regular and 360 mode is just very good… I think best in its class, better than the newer go pros, and it’s predecessors. So I’ll give it credit that its quite the step up from the previous cameras… I wish I could compare the experience of the insta360 oneR but I never used that series so I can’t say with certainty what Id like more. They are very similar price points, and specs as well, but it you dont want a camera where you need to change out parts in order to change video styles on the fly, then this is the one to go for.
