Great Camera – I got this camera for peace of mind. The quality is really good. Very pleased with the night vision. The setup was easy. The thing I don’t like are the constant notifications of when I enter a room. I don’t want to turn off my phone notifications but it would be nice to have a feature on the app that once the camera recognizes the “familiar face” the first time or two, that it doesn’t send anymore notifications for the next hour. Other than that, this product is worth the money and I will be buying another one.

Animals and intruders – I put this nest cam in a central spot that can easily track my cat when I am away … and allow me to talk to it as well. Kind of cool. Since the cam feeds to my cell phone, it also occurred to me that when “things go bump in the night”, I don’t have to get up and check perimeter security like I’m in a Mel Gibson movie. I can simply check the cam in the central part of the house and see exactly what or who might be in that part of the house… clearly and in the dark as well as when it is lit. So, I may BE paranoid; but I don’t look like it to my cat. Haha 🙂
