Fun Experience in Dark Settings. – Overall this camera has been a lot of fun. It looks way better then their previous brightly colored line of Instax cameras. We love the retro look. I love to use the camera on trips to have a physical copy or two verses only having photos live digitally in my phone. It is also fun to give a copy to a friend for them to take home to keep for themselves. They also make a cool prop to take a photo of to post on social media. We did find that in good lighting conditions the camera would take too bright of photos. Without there being a way to adjust any settings or turn off the flash there isn’t much you can do besides maybe trying to diffuse the flash or blocking it. We tested it with our black cat in our bedroom by having the lights on in the room and the lights off. The photos with the cat in the dark room came out perfect but the ones with the lights one turned out all blown out.

The perfect gift – Bought this for my gf and we took it on a recent trip. Captured really great photos for memories and reminded me of the older days with the disposable cameras. The design looks nice and the accessories it came with are pretty nice too. I recommend buying a nice camera strap with quick release buckles to carry the camera around your neck or shoulders.

Stopped working – Was a great camera for about 6 months and then started to be temperamental in terms of when it would actually shoot an image and now it just never will. Tried to trouble shoot with no luck and looked for product support on support website and there is no longer a page for this camera. Dead ends and not impressed

Fun at parties – This went perfectly with my Lydia Deetz costume on Halloween, and was a huge hit at our party. The only bummer is that it’s a real camera (lol) and doesn’t give you a digital copy. So whenever we got a group together, we just took a bunch of photos so everyone could bring one home. Worked great and photos were good quality.
