EUFY makes the Best integrated camera systems that will get better March of 2023 with new upgrades. – I have gone through a couple cheap options so decided to get a better, albeit more expensive system. First,to my surprise the instructions were clear and written by someone expert in English. Installation was straight forward requiring only modest mechanical skills. The end result? An absolutely fabulous camera system with great range, excellent lights, and incredible night vision. I can only find one minor complaint; the motion detector is too sensitive. My 15 pound Shitzu mix sets it off and as yet I can’t find a way to change it. Though she is small the camera tracts her across the yard. The system is easy to use with intuitive controls. I like it so much I bought six more eufy cameras for various uses. Definitely worth every penny, and I recommend it to everyone. BUT if you need help or support this is NOT the company you want to deal with. Impossible to speak to a human. As noted I cannot adjust sensitivity nor can I get help. I downgraded my rating for the ZERO support available. Recently, (mid-December) after repeated complaints the company notified me the problems I was encountering would be resolved with a major upgrade in March 2023. I am waiting patiently, but believe it WILL happen.

Awesome security camera – This security camera/ light is awesome. It has all the features you need to set it up at a variety of locations. It seems kind of pricey for a camera but it is well made and feature rich. One of my favorite features is the motion tracking. Once it sees motion it stays on that subject so you don’t have to worry your camera is pointed the wrong way. It does have one quirk though. It tracks people just fine towards your house but if the person/ motion originated at your house and is walking away it won’t track right. I’m hoping Eufy can fix this with a future firmware update. The LED is awesome too. I purchased this security camera and a Eufy wired door bell and signed up for cloud storage for the 2 cameras only to find out the door bell is not compatible with cloud storage so now I have to see if I can get my money back since I paid for the whole year.
