Life saver, from a lifelong ear patient with extremely rare ear condition – I am a lifelong ear patient with extremely rare ear condition. I had atresia of my ears and had atresiaplasty surgeries multiple times. This process is like having an ear transplant. The result is I get some hearing and a lot of ear wax build up in tiny ear canals. Then my doctor retired. And I couldn’t find anyone to remove the extremely itchy ear wax that constantly builds up in my ears. I had 4 specialists tell me I had nothing in my ears. I was having horrible symptoms, reverb so bad it made my teeth rattle, sound blockage, ringing, zings, dry and itchy out of reach places. By the Grace of God, it hit me: they make digital otoscopes. After having an ENT walk out on my appointment after telling me I have nothing in my ears to remove, I found this product. When it arrived I was so nervous to look but sure enough this otoscope revealed tons of wax brimming out of both my poor little ears! And it let me take pictures. Now I have photo proof! To take to my appointments.

Good but needs more tools included in kit – The product does exactly what it supposed too but it lacks in options. Not everyone has the same ear size my ear pathways are small compared to this tool so i can only get about half way in before i feel pain and discomfort. Dont get me wrong this product does work but to me personally its not flexible enough. Its supposed to be a one size fits all which clearly did t work. They should have made different tips for different angles and different sizes for better views and reach. Unfortunately, i stopped using the product after one try. However i do want to say , the owner of this company has reached out to me on a personal mail in note and expressed their gratitude of me purchasing the product and confirming warranty and help if i should ever come across such with their product. Great customer service. 3/5 stars was going to be my original rating but because of their customer service i will add another star for that . Im sure this will be handy for others that have larger ear pathways.

Much greater confidence in cleaning out ear wax than with Q-Tips or ear cleaners – I’m kind of a fanatic about ear wax since I went into a steam bath in my early 40s which dislodged some ear wax and left me mostly deaf until I could go to the doctor’s office. And what did they do? They used a little device with a curved wire at the end called a curette, and they had a cone-shaped flashlight gadget with a magnifying glass to see inside my ears.

Much greater confidence in cleaning out ear wax than with Q-Tips or ear cleaners – I’m kind of a fanatic about ear wax since I went into a steam bath in my early 40s which dislodged some ear wax and left me mostly deaf until I could go to the doctor’s office. And what did they do? They used a little device with a curved wire at the end called a curette, and they had a cone-shaped flashlight gadget with a magnifying glass to see inside my ears.

Better than the tools in the Doctors Office! – I purchased this device after seeing a Doctor who was unable to help me remove “ear wax” from my ear. I had been to have my hearing aides adjusted, and the technician basically confiscated my hearing aides and told me I couldn’t have them back until I had Dr’s note, showing that a yellow substance had been removed that was sitting close to my eardrum.. The doctor looked in my ears and said he could remove it with water, but it didn’t work. He told me to keep trying at home with Debrox for the next four (4) weeks until he could get me into a specialist and charged me $500 for the visit!.
