Very nice camera – I think the picture quality is good, this isn’t a nikon so don’t expect that quality of pictures, but considering the price it is better than I expected. The instructions for getting the battery compartment open is lacking, however the instructions on the Amazon product page are better, just scroll about halfway between the product and the reviews. Side note I haven’t had the chance to tske it underwater yet.

Make sure to get the proper size micro card. – I got this for my grand daughter who wanted to take underwater pictures in the pool. As suggested by Amazon, I ordered the 128GB microSDXC UHS-1 card to go with it. Big mistake. The camera will not recognize a card with that much memory. SO, we had to find a store open on Christmas Day to get a 64GB card which works fine. She seemed to be pleased with the camera but hasn’t fully tried it out. Hopefully I can send the 128GB card back for a refund.
