– Ein sehr gutes Produkt. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support Team erhielt ich eine deutschsprachige Software, die mir den Umgang mit der Kamera doch sehr erleichtert. Die Kamera hat jetzt ihren endgültigen Arbeitsplatz gefunden. Über weitere Informationen verfüge ich nach so kurzer Betriebszeit noch nicht. Bis jetzt meine Bewertung 5 Sterne !

– L’ottica é davvero notevole, purtroppo il software di gestione del telefono non serve quasi a nulla. Non si riesce nemmeno ad usare le funzioni di base. Il software per Mac si avvia ma non si collega alla telecamera e quelle nella foto sono il numero di connessioni in uscita che ho dovuto autorizzare sul firewall, necessarie al software per funzionare, non aggiungo altro.

Ctronics 5MP PTZ camera WITH NO Auto Tracking feature. Misleading advertising. – 5MP and 30X optical zoom are good but no Auto tracking as shown in the description. There is NO Smart Tracking on the screen as shown in the user manual page 06 & 07. Other lower price Hiseeu and Sovmiku security cameras do have Auto Tracking which work very well but don’t have optical zoom. I bought this Ctronics 5MP & 30X optical zoom and Auto tracking for better zoom feature but NO Auto tracking so will return soon.
