It’s a lil small – My camera is relatively heavy and square. Doesn’t feel secure enough for the price. This would be better for a compact Slr. Or a lighter one. I feel like the picture is a lil deceiving. It’s not very big but it is well made. It’s sturdy just not quite as sturdy as I thought.

Exactly what I wanted – I never like having my camera strapped around my neck. It’s too vulnerable and could get damaged. The Skout solved all that and included with Skout was a weather protector in care of rain.

Great product but not the model I need – I was super excited to get this & it was fantastic quality & all was 100% as advertised but the fit wasn’t for me, I wish this model had the 2 shoulder straps. Thus ive returned and am now eagerly awaiting the other model that’s got 2 shoulder straps. If I had tons of money I might have kept both. This one would certainly be fine for my morning nature walks but it didn’t feel like I’d enjoy it on long hikes.

Careful when bending over – Used this carried for work for a few months now, but twice the camera has fallen out due to me crouching down to grab lenses/equipment out of a bag on the ground. Be mindful when bending over to grab stuff, otherwise, comfortable and convenient

This is so cool – I was asked to be a photographer for a four day hike with a 120 or so member youth group. I’ve done this before and it’s a pretty physically demanding hike. At my age and now having MS which affects my balance I decided I needed hiking poles. Using a camera strap wasn’t going to work. This thing worked brilliantly. Held my camera perfectly where I could get at it instantly, take some picks and reattached to the harness in a second. When attached the camera is out of the way. The harness is made of great materials and fits nice and snug. The one thing I don’t like is that to attach the Mount to the camera requires a tool. You can still attach a tripod Mount , but it’s not the best. You can buy a better Mount but seems a bit overpriced.
