Disappointed – I purchased this product in April to use for my trip in May, a destination wedding. I went to use this camera again the end of May and it would keep shutting off on me each time I powered it up. The battery was fully charged. I was also past the return/refund period so I attempted to try the troubleshooting option. No troubleshooting was able to help with this issue. Amazon’s help chat only sent me msg stating I was past the refund period. So this was a total waste of $100+.
