2-3 year olds – We bought this for our almost 3 year old for Christmas. It’s adorable, but not super user friendly. Took a little messing around with to figure it out. The pictures are whitewashed at times, but overall the camera works well for a child her age. If you’re looking for a camera for a child over 5, I would maybe go one step up. Happy with the purchase!

Refills are not expensive – My 6 year old granddaughter loved it. Its easy to use. She can print as may pics and the paper doesn’t cost much. She thinks it’s so much fun and takes it every where.

6 year old loved it! – I would love to add the video I took of the child taking selfies but I don’t want pics of the grandkids floating around at Amazon. Print quality is not that great but for a child that will be coloring the photo, it works. Paper is super easy to load and love that it is rechargeable.

Only one complaint, otherwise amazing little camera – We loves these little cameras, they are cute, film is cheap, picture quality is very good, BUT, I have one HUGE complaint, when tearing the photo off after printing, the door often comes lose with the picture, resulting in the roll of paper falling out, (and too many times to count) I have to sit and roll the paper back up and reload it into the cameras. The consequences of this is major damage to the paper, mash and mangled … other then that one thing, these are the best little toy (that can actually work for real cute photos) for my 4 and 6 year old. They have taken so many really cute pics that we started a photo album of them! And if you decide to get one for a smaller kid, say a 3 year old, you can turn the printing function off, it will still take pics and you can shuffle though them and chose the ones you want to print. It saves the images on a memory card!!

Was contemplating getting a name brand instant printing camera, because she loves taking photos, but that product is too fragile for a rough 3 year old. I found this while randomly searching for kids camera, and automatically bought it. AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT IS THE BEST THING IS THE WHOLE WORLD!! My little girl cannot go anywhere without this. Takes all kind of pictures of everyone and anything she likes. It prints fast and tear easily. It has a large memory storage, and you can also print pictures from the memory. The charge can handle pictures all day and still has a hefty amount of charge left at night. It went 3 days before dying. It also charges fast. Very durable too. You can also download images to the camera, print them to color on. I would recommend this product to anyone with a young kid, its great to see things from their perspective. I would also buy it again for someone else kid on their birthday. You can’t go wrong with this.

Also they should probably mess with their setting and make sure they peel the plastic off the lens. You can adjust picture quality using settings.
