Great budget camera that works – I bought this camera because the one on my Ring doorbell is not very clear. So far, the unit has been installed and I have not had the need to charge the unit for the last 2 months. The solar panel seems to be providing enough juice to keep the unit working. I do see the battery percentage is dropping but it’s due to the weather in my area. The images are great during the day but gets a little grainy in low light but you get what you pay for. I’m ok with the quality for what I need it to be.

Easy Setup, Great Picture Quality, Great Value! – I have been using security cameras around my house that are wired and they have given me great service for the past 6 years, so I thought I would replace them with this type of wireless design. Before I mounted them, I thought it best to just play around with them a bit to get familiar with them. First thing was to fully charge them with the included USB cable. While charging, I read the instructions, then went on You Tube and watched a few videos of people explaining how to set them up, etc. Afterwards, I download the app and was able to connect them to my router and network. I gave each camera a name according to the location I was installing them at. Then I set them around the INTERIOR of my house and started playing around with the settings. After a few days, I was comfortable with the controls and the various settings. Through trial and error I picked the best settings for my usage, and then installed them on the exterior of my house. The batteries remained almost fully charged throughout my 2 day training session! The picture quality in my opinion is EXCELLENT! Motion Detection adjustment takes a little tweaking to get it where you prefer it. The only concern I had was the choppy playback of the recorded videos. not much I can do about that. The most frustrating thing is not being able to view these cameras on my PC, like my wired ones. My phone battery takes a BIG hit when I am viewing the videos. The “CloudEdge” app is pretty easy to use, but you will just have to play around with it to get good with it so you can use and understand all the features and adjustments! So far, so good! I am very pleased! ENJOY.
