Doesn’t get any more plug and play than this! – Bought this to stream a feed from my professional Canon XF-305 camcorder camera via the HDMI output to a MacBook Air using Zoom software. All I did was plug it in and make sure Zoom saw the camera and audio feed and we were up and running. I’ve had webcam setups that created more hassle for me than this device. Because of the inexpensive price I was more than a bit skeptical as to how well the device would perform, but it worked flawlessly for a continuous 2-hour Zoom music recital and the macbook air was connecting to the web via wi-fi. Great bang for the buck when you need to use something besides a cheap webcam or phone to capture video for a Zoom meeting.

Works like a charm – I bought this so I could use my camcorder to live stream the services at my church. This works like a charm. It allows me to connect my camcorder to OBS streaming software. My camcorder is only 1080p so I can’t attest to its 4K capabilities, but it does what I need it to do.

Not terrible, not great – This was great only thing I didn’t like was the printed picture looked like a photo had been blowed up so it was very pixeled and not the clearest (as I would have liked anyway) other than that it’s thick and was fairly priced.

Interference Free HDMI to USB Adapter – Can’t see why you would need a $150 adapter when this essentially does the same thing, minus the brand name. Windows 10 immediately invoked drivers, works for webcam meetings for long periods of time. More portable than I thought. Durable metal design. Captures both video and audio from hdmi signal. Thankfully no bloatware to navigate.

Couldn’t connect – Never could get the device to connect. After digging for a while, I finally found out this will not work on a wireless network that supports 5ghz connections.
