Perfect budget friendly camera! – If your a beginner in the camera world, your starting YouTube or just filming for memories then this is a perfect camera for you. I’ve used this for a few days now and I found it very easy to vlog, as it has a flip option so you can see yourself filming. It also has wifi so once you download the app you can get all the videos or pictures on your phone easy. Overall the quality of the video and photos are really good and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a inexpensive video camera.

Great for recording, not for streaming – This camera was purchased so I could test the Webcam utility quality versus a Logitech c922x. The Recorded video DOES record in 4k 60 fps but the webcam (without drivers since it doesn’t have any) will only do a max of 720p!!! a 4k60fps Camera cannot capture in OBS beyond 720p30fps. Not even 1080p!? If you need a camera to record videos for Youtube or for weddings, actually for any reason it is GREAT!! Do not use it for Streaming!! a c920 is almost 80$ more but it streams at a better quality!!

It’s very sneaky, but if you zoom in to a picture taken with this camera you can see what it’s doing. It looks like a muddy blurry filter has been applied to the images to hide the low quality. For comparison I uploaded a side-by-side picture that I took with this camera vs my cell phone at the same distance, to show the difference in quality when you look at the pixels close up.
